Here is what you should know

  • Twelve questions, about five minutes. Each one is a self-statement on a five-point scale. No trick questions, no time pressure.
  • Email is optional, never a gate. You see your full profile on the results page. We only email a copy if you ask us to.
  • Not a diagnosis. Diagnosis happens with a clinician. This is a coaching tool to help you name what you are already feeling.
  • No fear, no fake projection. You will not see scary score colours or dates by which everything is supposed to be magically fixed. We did not build it that way.
