About Kris
I spent 15+ years building enterprise software, AI platforms, and real-time systems. I was good at it. I was also late to every second meeting, constantly losing track of conversations, and privately convinced everyone else had received some instruction manual for life that I'd missed.
Getting diagnosed with ADHD didn't fix anything by itself. But it gave me a different question to ask. Instead of "why can't I just do the thing?" I started asking "how does my brain actually want to do this?" That shift changed everything.
I started building systems around how I actually function. My engineering brain turned out to be really good at this. Spotting patterns, testing approaches, iterating on what works. Turns out the same skills that made me a decent engineer make for a pretty useful coach.
That's what I do now. I help other adults with ADHD stop white-knuckling their way through life and start building something that fits.
What I bring to this
Tech industry fluency
You won't need to explain what a standup is, why Slack is draining, or what context-switching does to deep work. I've been in those meetings.
Systems thinking
I spent my career breaking complex problems into smaller pieces and building things that work reliably. I use the same approach for routines and daily structure.
ADHD, first-hand
I have ADHD. I deal with the same stuff you do. That means I won't suggest something and then look confused when you tell me it didn't work.
Clinical awareness
My partner is a social worker, so I stay informed about the clinical side of neurodivergence. I know when coaching is the right support and when to point you elsewhere.
Training & credentials
I'll be upfront: I'm early in my formal coaching training. I'm currently doing specialised ADHD coaching coursework and working toward ICF accreditation. I adopted the ICF Code of Ethics as my professional standard from day one.
What I do bring right now is 15+ years of professional experience, deep personal familiarity with ADHD in demanding work environments, and a serious commitment to getting this right.
